A Digital Detox Art workshop is a guided experience designed to help you disconnect from technology and reconnect with yourself.  It's not about completely giving up technology forever, but rather about developing a healthier, more balanced relationship with it.  You can expect a supportive and creative environment where you'll explore your digital habits, learn practical strategies for managing technology use, and engage in art-based activities that promote self-reflection and relaxation.

Our workshops typically range from 4 hours to a multi-day experiences depending on the specific theme and activities.  We believe in creating an intimate and supportive atmosphere, so for larger groups we are supporting the main facilitator with additional staff to ensure personalized attention and facilitate meaningful interactions.  This allows everyone to share their experiences and learn from one another. We understand the anxiety some people feel about disconnecting.  While we strongly encourage participants to minimize distractions and fully engage in the workshop activities, we don't typically enforce a strict "no-phone" policy.  We create a space where participants naturally feel less drawn to their devices.  We may suggest designated times for checking phones if absolutely necessary, but the emphasis is on creating a positive and supportive environment for exploring a healthier relationship with technology, not on imposing strict rules.  We find that most participants naturally enjoy the break from their phones and appreciate the opportunity to connect with others without digital distractions.
